Resize Preference does not Save

In some instances, users cannot save their resize preference after closing the HyperTrader app by pressing the x button. As a workaround, please follow the instructions below for the correct OS system:

macOS

When you click on the x button in macOS, it doesn’t completely kill the app. This is macOS behavior, and we can’t do much about it. What you need to do to make it work is, to resize your window and then press cmd+Q, which will quit the app completely and then will remember your window size when you relaunch the windows again.

Windows OS

What you need to do to make it work is, to resize your window and then press Alt+F4, which will quit the app completely and then will remember your window size when you relaunch the windows again.

Conditional orders have increased risk due to their reliance on trigger processing, market data, and other internal and external systems like an exchange. As such, you need to monitor your conditional orders for reasonability. Conditional orders are “Not Held” orders whose execution instructions are on a best-efforts basis upon being triggered.

Furthermore, conditional orders may be subject to the increased risks of stop orders and market orders outlined above. Given the increased potential risk of using conditional orders, you agree that HyperTrader and its subsidiaries cannot be held responsible for losses, damages, or missed opportunity costs associated with market data problems, systems issues, and user errors, among other factors.
